What is the Early Bird price?
The Early Bird Registration price is $155.00. The price on or after 10 May 2016 is $175.00
Can I pay for the registration through PayPal?
While SBCS prefers that attendees pay by check, we can accommodate PayPal payments. We do not currently have that opportunity through our Website, so Katharine Isbell, our Treasurer will process a PayPal payment. Fill out the registration form, but do not send a check to Chris Spry, as instructed at the bottom of the form. Instead, issue a PayPal payment to kaisbell@yahoo.com, then send a picture or scan of your registration form to Katharine at the same email address. Copy Chris Spry, greenspry1@ca.rr.com on the email including the registration form.
Can rooms at the Embassy Suites be booked before and after the Convention dates at the same rate as the convention dates?
Yes, Embassy Suites will honor the same rates, $149/night for a king suite, and $169/night for a double queen suite for two nights before and two nights after the event. Those dates would be Tuesday June 7, Wednesday June 8, Monday, June 13 and Tuesday June 14. However, they must be booked directly with the local Embassy Suites Hotel. Please contact Ms. Solorio Irma at 310-337-6032 for those rates on those dates. These hotel rates are good for the on-line registration for Thursday, June 9th through Sunday, June 12th.
Can items be shipped ahead to display or sell at the swap meet?
